Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business System Analyst to support Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud across the global Finance Organization. You will translate business needs into scalable technology solutions, partner with Finance leaders and IT, and drive transformation initiatives while maintaining day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business systems analysis and IT consulting.
• 4+ years leading or directly managing a team.
• 4+ years supporting Oracle R12 EBS or Oracle Fusion Cloud applications with depth in Q2C and P2P modules.
• 4+ years of functional experience in supply chain–heavy financial accounting, including revenue recognition, customer billing, supplier invoicing, and intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and design documentation.
• Lead cross-functional teams and external implementation vendors/partners to deliver user-centric solutions aligned with industry best practices.
• Conduct fit/gap analyses across finance workflows to standardize processes and minimize custom extensions.
• Investigate and diagnose system behaviors, articulate root causes to non-technical stakeholders, and deliver effective resolutions.
• Operate in an Agile environment, balancing priorities across multiple projects and ongoing operations.
