IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Project Manager to lead complex Public Sector and K12 engagements from a remote US setting. The role requires senior delivery leadership, multi-year contracts, and deep ERP/SaaS experience, with a focus on client success and IBM delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate brings extensive consulting background in public sector projects, strong Oracle Cloud knowledge, and proven ability to grow services within client organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of consulting experience or equivalent.
• Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS applications, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Experience as architect, solutions consultant, or project manager.
• Proven track record of developing new add-on, profitable business.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer success through customer-centric engagement and high customer satisfaction.
• Establish public sector/K12 industry best practices and customer advocacy within IBM delivery.
• Orchestrate delivery-led growth and partnership with public sector/K12 clients.
• Create customer forums and groups to enhance IBM client experience and IBM industry presence.
• Administer IBM engagement by expanding IBM Service Lines within our public sector clients.
• Direct multiple project work teams, collaborating with project managers, account managers, and delivery leadership.
• Set project objectives and priorities; monitor progress, staffing, budgets, and quality.
• Provide leadership in structuring large client engagements, often multi-year with multiple sub-contractors.
• Write accurate statements of work to clarify expectations for client and IBM staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client bases; qualify, price, and negotiate services.
• Participate in Sales and Pre-sales activities for new Public Sector client pursuits.
• Establish strong client relationships to translate requirements into a services strategy.
• Maintain partnerships with client executives, serving as escalation point and IBM representative.
