Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Program Manager (Public Sector/K12) to join our Oracle Cloud Consulting team. This permanent, full-time role may travel to customer sites as needed and focuses on public sector and K12 clients in a IBM-delivery framework.

This position requires a deep background in Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM, leadership of multi-year engagements, and a proven ability to grow services within client accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience or equivalent, including 6+ years at IBM managing programs for public sector clients.
• Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS applications, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Experience as architect/solutions specialist, business development manager, or project manager.
• Consistent record of developing new add-on, profitable business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with clients at all levels.
• Collaborative team player able to work in a fast-paced IBM environment.
• Deep knowledge of public sector organizations, processes, challenges, and technologies.
• Active participation in professional associations and industry roundtables.

Responsibilities

• Improve customer success through customer-centric engagement and high customer satisfaction.
• Establish public sector/K12 best practices and customer advocacy within IBM delivery.
• Orchestrate delivery-led growth and partnerships with public sector/K12 clients.
• Create customer forums to enhance IBM client experience and industry presence.
• Administer IBM engagements by expanding IBM Service Lines within public sector clients.
• Direct multiple project work teams and set project objectives and priorities.
• Provide leadership in structuring large client engagements with multi-year contracts and multiple partners.
• Write accurate statements of work understood by client and IBM staff.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client bases and drive sales.
• Participate in sales and presales activities for public sector client pursuits.
