Job summary

IBM Consulting seeks an Oracle Cloud Project Manager (Public Sector/K12) to join our Oracle Cloud Consulting team. This permanent, full-time role may require travel to customer sites and supports Public Sector/k12 clients with multi-year engagements.

You will lead delivery initiatives, set objectives, monitor progress, and collaborate with senior management to ensure successful outcomes and profitable growth for IBM’s government delivery portfolio.

Qualifications

15+ years of consulting experience, with 6+ years managing projects at IBM for public sector.
ERP and HCM SaaS experience, preferably Oracle Cloud.
Experience as architect/solutions specialist or project manager.
Proven track record developing new, profitable business.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with public sector organizations and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Oracle Cloud projects for Public Sector/K12 with multi-year contracts.
Establish best practices and client advocacy within IBM delivery.
Coordinate delivery teams, including project managers, account managers, and leadership.
Write effective statements of work and manage client expectations.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing clients.
