Job summary

IBM is seeking an Oracle Cloud Project Manager (Public Sector/K12) to lead delivery on strategic engagements across the U.S. This permanent, full-time role may require travel to customer sites as needed.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in consulting with a strong Oracle/ERP/HCM SaaS background, outstanding communication, and a proven ability to drive multi-year projects with diverse teams in a IBM-paced environment.

Qualifications

15+ years of consulting experience or equivalent, with IBM 6 years of managing projects/programs in public sector.
Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS applications, preferably Oracle Cloud.
Experience as architect/solutions specialist, business development, or project manager.
Proven track record of developing new add-on, profitable business.
Strong communication and presentation skills with clients at all levels.

Responsibilities

Improve customer success through customer-centric engagement and high satisfaction.
Establish public sector/k12 industry best practices and advocacy within IBM delivery.
Orchestrate delivery-led growth and partnerships with public sector/k12 clients.
Create customer forums and groups to enhance IBM client experience and industry presence.
Direct multiple project work teams and oversee deliverables across contracts.
Write statements of work and identify new business opportunities within existing client bases.
