Flexport in Philipsburg, New Jersey is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee our large fulfillment center. You will manage 300+ associates and 10 salaried managers, guiding D2C and B2B fulfillment, inventory, and shipping to ensure accurate orders and superb service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience as a Site Leader or similar leadership role in large fulfillment centers.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment center operations, including order processing and shipping.
• Demonstrated success in managing large teams of hourly and salaried employees.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis to drive performance improvements.
