Flexport is seeking an Area Manager to lead a large fulfillment team at one of our major partner locations in the United States. Based in Phillipsburg, NJ, you will manage 30-100 associates, enforce safety and operational standards, and own performance reporting.

You will drive cross-functional initiatives with Growth and Engineering, optimize inventory practices, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team of 5+ people.
• Strong communication and collaboration across functions.
• Data-driven approach to improving operations.

• Experience with SLA metrics and reporting.
