Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager to oversee our Philipsburg, New Jersey fulfillment center. You will manage 300+ associates and 10 salaried leaders, ensuring efficient D2C and B2B fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping.

You will develop operational strategies to boost productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a strong safety culture and collaborating across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven-site leader with experience in large fulfillment centers.
• Strong knowledge of order processing, inventory, warehousing and shipping.
• Experience managing 300+ associates and 10 managers.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with WMS and related software.
• Budgeting, cost management and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 300+ person team and 10 senior staff.
• Oversee day-to-day fulfillment center operations for D2C and B2B.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, quality and customer satisfaction.
• Establish D2C vs B2B flow paths and shipping requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
