Job summary

Affirm, Inc. in the United States is seeking an operations enablement leader to define and execute scalable servicing strategies across the organization.

You will own cross-functional initiatives, develop program roadmaps, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and merchants. The role focuses on operational readiness, change management, and knowledge management, with a remote-first setup and flexibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably within large-scale or global operations.
• 3+ years of experience at a fintech or financial institution, including scaling operations and coaching team members.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training tools (Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools).

Responsibilities

• Own complex cross-functional programs and initiatives aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Develop program roadmaps and execution plans with KPIs, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Collaborate with senior leaders across product, engineering, and operations to drive measurable outcomes.
• Deliver polished, executive-ready status updates on programs, risks, and impact.
• Identify risks and dependencies; propose data-backed solutions with stakeholders.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma to identify root causes and drive scalable improvements.
• Oversee end-to-end change management, adoption, and measurement for products and processes.
• Create clear manuals and resources for human and AI agents in collaboration with product and engineering.
• Evolve knowledge ecosystem (SOPs, job aids, learning platforms) for accessible resources at scale.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable training and support materials.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training programs with measurable effectiveness.
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve customer and agent experience.
• Expand program scope across adjacent domains to support evolving business needs.
