Wonder is hiring a Senior Manager, Operations Analytics in NYC to own the operational performance system and insights for Field Operations. You will partner with Operations, Finance, Product, Culinary, and Data teams to standardize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that reveal trends and drive improvements.

You will develop forecasts, models, and pilots, supporting strategic decisions with actionable analyses and scalable reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, consulting, or a related analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, forecasts, and analyses.

Responsibilities

Own Wonder's performance measurement system for Field Operations and deliver dashboards and self-service tools.
Prepare Weekly and Quarterly Business Review reporting and support Operations Leadership.
Develop models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to aid planning and decision making.
Lead cross-functional partnerships to scale reporting, automation, and enterprise data standards.
Drive adoption of operational reporting through field feedback and usability improvements.
