Job summary

Wonder's delivery operations team is seeking a results-driven Operations Leader in New York to own delivery performance health for a defined portfolio. You will analyze signals, build dashboards, and partner with field teams to drive measurable improvements.

You'll shape playbooks and standards to scale the network, turning insights into actions with a data-first mindset. This role emphasizes depth, impact, and cross-functional influence within a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace ops, strategy & operations, or multi-site performance management.

Responsibilities

• Detect and triage performance signals across your portfolio using dashboards and operational context; distinguish signal from noise and maintain focus on the highest-leverage work.
• Build dashboards & reports, and develop a deep understanding of the metrics that drive delivery performance: how they're constructed, how they relate to each other, and what a movement in one signals about another.
• Diagnose drivers and recommend actions using structured problem solving, grounded in data and operational reality & context.
• Drive follow-through to measurable impact with operating partners, ensuring actions are prioritized, executed, and validated for effectiveness.
• Create leverage through mechanisms by turning recurring issues into shared playbooks, triggers, and standard routines.
• Surface cross-site patterns and insights that inform continuous operational improvements and improve how the org prioritizes and responds.
• Partner with field leadership as the primary delivery ops point of contact for your segment, maintaining a lightweight, high-value operating rhythm.
• Support scaling and launches through readiness checks, early performance monitoring, and post-launch retros, focused on repeatability over heroics.
