Job summary

Wonder seeks a Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics to lead performance measurement for Field Operations.

You will develop dashboards and models, turning data into actionable insights that improve restaurant execution, profitability, and guest experience. You will partner across Operations, Finance, Product, Culinary, Technology and Data Foundations to design scalable reporting and self-service tools, enabling fast, data-driven decisions while maintaining a single source of truth for performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in restaurant ops analytics, BI, FP&A or similar analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial models and forecasts.
• SQL proficiency for large datasets analysis.
• Experience building dashboards in Power BI/Tableau/Looker.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance measurement and reporting for Field Operations.
• Develop dashboards, models, and self-service tools for decision making.
• Partner with Ops, Finance, Product, Culinary, Tech and Data Foundations.
• Lead pilots, rollouts, and impact analysis across regions.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
