Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Delivery Operations leader to own performance health for a defined portfolio of locations. You will analyze signals, build dashboards, and collaborate with field, product, logistics, and operations teams to drive data-driven improvements.

You will translate insights into prioritized actions, develop scalable playbooks, and ensure follow-through and measurable impact across the network. This role combines hands-on analytics with strategic operations at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace ops, or multi-site performance management.
• Strong analytical fluency with BI tools and SQL; able to translate data into action.
• Proven ability to conduct root-cause analysis and tradeoffs in ambiguous, high-noise environments.
• Strong execution through influence without direct authority.
• Experience building repeatable processes and SOPs to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Detect and triage performance signals across your portfolio using dashboards and context.
• Build the analytical infrastructure for your portfolio and develop dashboards/reports.
• Understand metrics, how they're constructed, and their relationships to guide decisions.
• Diagnose drivers and recommend data-driven actions with structured problem solving.
• Drive cross-functional follow-through with operating partners and prioritize actions.
• Create playbooks and standard routines to reduce repeat churn as the network scales.
