Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Senior Client Operations Manager, Field Execution & Analytics to drive operational visibility, execution tracking, and data integrity across a large, distributed field organization. You will own dashboards (Power BI), ensure data accuracy, and support client-level training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Prior experience leading, supervising, or providing guidance to associates is strongly preferred.
• Experience with system administration, data governance, platform management, or process optimization is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on field execution metrics, including coverage, compliance, project completion.
• Develop standardized scorecards and reporting frameworks for field leadership.
• Identify performance gaps, risks, and trends; provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with field leaders to ensure consistent execution against client and retailer expectations.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and automated reporting tools.
• Consolidate data across multiple systems to create a single source of truth.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to support business decisions, client needs, and operational improvements.
• Track and report KPI performance at the national, regional, and client level.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for field systems and tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across platforms.
