Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Analytics to lead the operational performance system. You will develop dashboards, models, and reporting tools that translate data into actionable insights influencing restaurant execution, profitability, and guest experience.

You will collaborate with Finance, Product, Culinary, Technology, and Operations teams to standardize metrics, support forecasts, and drive continuous improvement across Field Operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in restaurant operations analytics, BI, FP&A, or related analytical role.
• Proficiency building financial models, forecasts and business analyses.
• Experience with dashboards and reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own operational performance management with metrics across sales, labor, waste, and profitability.
• Design dashboards, scorecards, models, and self-service reporting tools.
• Partner with Ops, Finance, Product, and Data Foundations to ensure data accuracy and scalability.
• Lead cross-functional analytics for regional leaders and pilot initiatives.
