Wonder is seeking a Delivery Operations Manager in New York, hybrid role responsible for delivery performance health across a defined portfolio of locations. You will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with field teams and logistics to optimize delivery outcomes.

The role emphasizes structured problem solving, scalable playbooks, and measurable impact through cross-functional collaboration with product and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, logistics, marketplace operations, strategy & operations, or multi-site performance management.
• Strong analytical fluency with BI tools, SQL, and turning data into prioritized actions.
• Proven ability to run structured root-cause analysis in high-noise environments.
• Strong execution through influence and ownership without direct authority.
• Experience building repeatable processes, SOPs, and standard operating routines.

Responsibilities

• Detect and triage performance signals across your portfolio using dashboards and context; focus on high-leverage work.
• Build dashboards & reports; develop understanding of metrics and their interrelationships.
• Diagnose drivers and recommend data-driven actions; identify root causes.
• Drive follow-through with field, product, logistics, and operations teams; ensure actions are prioritized and validated.
• Create playbooks and standard routines to reduce repeat churn as the network scales.
• Surface cross-site patterns to inform continuous operational improvements.
