Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics to lead the performance measurement system for Wonder's Field Operations and to develop dashboards, analytical models, and self‑service tools that enable effective decision‑making and improve restaurant execution, profitability, and guest experience.

The role partners with Operations Excellence, Finance, Product, Culinary, Technology, and Data Foundation teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and establish trusted reporting

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations analytics, BI, FP&A, consulting, or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models and forecasts.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own Wonder's operational performance management system across sales, labor, waste, guest experience, productivity, and profitability.
• Define and standardize performance frameworks and leadership reporting.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.
• Prepare Weekly and Quarterly Business Review reporting and provide analysis support for Operations Leadership.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting tools for visibility into performance.
• Collaborate with Data Foundations, Product, Finance to ensure accurate, scalable reporting.
