Job summary

Wonder is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Analytics to drive data-driven performance across Field Operations in a hybrid NYC setting.

You will own the performance measurement system, build dashboards, and partner with Finance, Product, and Data Foundations to deliver scalable insights that improve profitability and guest experience. You will lead models, forecasts, and scenario analyses, translating complex data into clear recommendations for regional leaders and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, consulting, or a related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience building financial models, forecasts, and conducting business analyses.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Own Wonder's operational performance management system, leveraging key metrics across sales, labor, waste, guest experience, productivity, and profitability to provide a comprehensive view of business performance.
• Define and standardize performance frameworks, business review routines, and leadership reporting that identify trends, diagnose root causes, and prioritize operational improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and translate complex operational and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and drive measurable performance improvements.
• Prepare Weekly and Quarterly Business Review reporting and provide analysis support for Operations Leadership.
• Partner with Operations Leadership to develop the strategy and execute ongoing design, development, and maintenance of operational dashboards, scorecards, models, and reporting tools that provide visibility into operational performance.
• Build scalable reporting solutions that prioritize automation, usability, speed, and simplicity for both field and support teams.
