Job summary

You will collaborate with stakeholders to refine needs, decide on priorities, and ensure delivered work meets quality standards and regulatory controls. The role entails guiding teams and coordinating with IT, vendors, and business units to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, or operations.
• Experience supporting technology, operations, or business initiatives with Agile/Scrum exposure.

Responsibilities

• Owns full roadmap and backlog for assigned product area.
• Prioritize trade-offs and refine needs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with business, technology, and vendors to deliver value.
• Lead backlog refinement, planning, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and timely delivery of features.
• Communicate progress and decisions to management and teams.
• Serve as voice of the customer and ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
