You will prioritize requests, refine needs with stakeholders, and champion the voice of the customer to maximize value delivery. You will guide cross‑functional teams through planning, requirements, testing, and release readiness, ensuring alignment with risk, regulatory, and operational controls.

Qualifications

• Owns the product roadmap, backlog and day‑to‑day direction for a business area.
• Translates stakeholder needs into clear requirements and priorities.
• Acts as the voice of the customer to ensure value delivery.
• Drives prioritization and trade‑offs within an established roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Leads backlog refinement, delivery planning, and requirements clarification.
• Partners with business and technology teams to align on objectives and outcomes.
• Ensures release readiness and adherence to risk, compliance and quality standards.
• Communicates progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborates with vendors and IT to resolve issues and optimize processes.
• Manages lifecycle of applications within the assigned area and monitors performance.
