Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an AVP & Operations Product Owner to drive the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for a defined business area.

You will prioritize, partner with stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of valuable capabilities while aligning with risk, regulatory, and compliance expectations. In this role, you will coordinate with business, technology, and vendor teams, manage priorities and release readiness, and maintain the voice of the customer to optimize business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Degree in information systems, business, or analytics-related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for assigned product areas.
• Prioritizes and makes trade-off decisions within the roadmap.
• Engages with business stakeholders to refine needs and ensure value delivery.
• Serves as liaison between business area and IT/vendors to align requirements.
• Monitors progress, risks, and dependencies to safeguard timely delivery.
• Collaborates with project management on initiatives and changes in scope.
• Ensures adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.
