Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for products within a defined business area.

This role makes routine prioritization and trade-off decisions within an established roadmap and engages directly with business stakeholders to refine needs and deliver value. The position operates under limited supervision and represents the voice of the customer for the capability, coordinating with business, technology, vendor and IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline with exposure to product ownership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap, backlog and day-to-day direction for products within a business area.
• Prioritizes and makes trade-off decisions within the established roadmap.
• Engages with business stakeholders to refine needs and aligns with governance.
• Leads backlog refinement, delivery planning and requirements clarification.
• Coordinates work across business, technology, vendor and IT resources to ensure timely delivery.
