Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for designated products and initiatives.

You will prioritize, refine needs with stakeholders, and ensure the team delivers valuable, high-quality results in alignment with the roadmap. You will collaborate across business and technology teams, drive backlog refinement, and coordinate with vendors and IT to meet regulatory and risk controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Consults with key stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors.
Collaborates with business area to collect, analyze and evaluate information related to business systems.
Documents business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications.
Coordinates with the application analyst counterpart to document technical requirements.
Analyzes and manages new and existing system utilization by the end user.
Serves as an expert in business system solutions in alignment with assigned business area.
