Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap, backlog, and day-to-day direction for designated product areas.

You will prioritize trade-offs, engage with business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of customer value within the approved roadmap. The role requires collaboration across business, technology, and vendor teams, with strong emphasis on governance, risk controls, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Degree in information systems, business, or analytics-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in product ownership, business analysis, technology, operations or related discipline.
• Experience supporting technology, operational, or business initiatives; Agile/Scrum exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full roadmap and backlog for assigned product areas.
• Refines needs with business stakeholders and prioritizes work within the roadmap.
• Lead backlog refinement, delivery planning, requirements clarification, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and release readiness.
• Monitor risk, dependencies, and changes in priority; ensure compliance with controls and regulatory requirements.
