Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. seeks an AVP & Operations Product Owner to own the full roadmap and backlog for a defined product area, driving day‑to‑day direction and value delivery. This role prioritizes needs with business stakeholders and represents the voice of the customer within an established roadmap.

They will lead cross‑functional collaboration, refine requirements, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining risk controls and compliance across operations and technology work streams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in product ownership or business analysis in technology/operations.
• Exposure to Agile, Scrum or iterative delivery methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns full roadmap, backlog and day‑to‑day direction for the product area.
• Prioritize requirements and make trade‑offs within the roadmap.
• Collaborates with business, technology, and vendors; aligns stakeholders.
