You will understand work details, assign optimal crews, and ensure readiness of equipment and materials.

The role requires coordinating with front-line leaders, adjusting schedules in real time, and communicating effectively to maximize productivity while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience within operations.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet customer and/or internal stakeholder requirements.
• Established analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review incoming designed work outside the normal scheduling window and manage exceptions.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and materials to enable work execution; ensure proper work acceptance and readiness.
• Manage work rejections, triage additional requests, and adjust schedules to meet start dates.
• Communicate with local supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity and efficiency.
