You will drive efficient use of resources, ensure reliability, and align with corporate objectives and performance metrics. The role requires strong leadership, cost-conscious planning, and the ability to implement policies and procedures while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems or related fields.
• Associates or technical degree preferred.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible safety leadership and drive safety culture.
• Evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement and adherence to processes.
• Lead crews in effectiveness, quality and productivity with on-site presence.
• Recruit, coach, supervise, and manage performance including bargaining unit relations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation per policies and standards.
