Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review and manage the real-time task queue and exceptions.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and materials for work.
• Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with supervisors and stakeholders to improve efficiency.
