Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Standard Operations professional to maintain and coordinate daily work plans across multiple crews, prioritizing safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and regulatory compliance. You will assign work, manage equipment, and secure materials to enable efficient execution across assets and processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience.
• Ability to schedule and manage activities to meet requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review approved work outside normal window and manage the queue.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites and materials for tasks.
• Manage work rejections, triage new requests and adjust schedules.
• Communicate with supervisors and stakeholders to maximize productivity.
