Xcel Energy is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a high‑performing, safety‑driven team across multiple facilities. You will drive safe, reliable, compliant operations while aligning with corporate goals and performance metrics.

You will oversee crew effectiveness, manage resource planning, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, change management, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in design, construction, operations, engineering or maintenance of utility systems/power generation plants or related industries/fields or equivalent.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Operational knowledge of work and asset management and analytical/reporting applications.
• Effective change leader with ability to communicate strategies to stakeholders.
• Proven results at achieving performance and driving process adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety leadership and contribute to a strong safety culture.
• Drive operational efficiency and reliability through data-driven decision making and process improvements.
• Lead crew effectiveness, ensure staffing and skills align with objectives, and assist with resource planning.
• Recruit and develop talent, set expectations, coach, and manage performance.
• Build internal and external relationships to support Operations and resolve issues.
