Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations.
• Scheduling/planning experience within operations is required.
• Proven ability to schedule and manage activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data retrieval from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of software including Microsoft products and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules daily and assign crews for priority tasks based on resources and progress.
• Review incoming designed work outside normal window and manage exception work in queue.
• Coordinate equipment and materials, ensure readiness and proper handover after work completion.
• Triage rejections and disruptions, adjust schedules to maintain promised start dates.
• Communicate with local supervisors and build partnerships to maximize productivity and efficiency.
