Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum five years' experience in construction, design, maintenance or operations area.
• Scheduling/planning experience.
• Ability to schedule and manage work activities to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet tools.
• Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from reporting tools.
• Knowledge of and ability to use software including Microsoft products, work management, mapping and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Adjust planned schedules and assign crews for priority tasks.
• Review incoming designed work outside the normal scheduling window and manage queue.
• Coordinate equipment, prerequisites, and materials to enable work execution.
• Manage work rejections, triage additional work, and adjust schedule to disruptions.
• Communicate with local supervision and partners to maximize productivity and efficiency of resources.
