Hims, Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager based in Gilbert, Arizona, to oversee warehouse inbound and inventory operations, dispense and fulfillment for prescriptions and non-prescriptions, and outbound processing across multiple shifts.

You will lead a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy techs, ensuring timely prescription turnaround, HIPAA-compliant shipping, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership and ICQA to improve efficiency and capacity planning.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in Fulfillment/Warehouse/Distribution
• 10+ years in Supervisory/Management
• 10+ years of OSHA safety experience
• Six Sigma/Lean principles (preferred)
• Proven experience leading technically complex projects

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily facility operations in absence of GM
• Lead managers, leads, and pharmacy techs in dispense and fulfillment
• Monitor prescription turnaround times to meet standards
• Ensure on-site SOX compliance for inventory and cycle counts
• Ensure accurate shipping to avoid HIPAA violations
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Leadership to improve efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams with Program Managers and Pharmacist in Charge
• Develop and deliver KPIs to meet capacity and demand
• Perform other duties as assigned
