Hims & Hers in Gilbert, AZ, is seeking a Compounding Facilities Lead Technician to oversee a multi-shift team in maintaining lab equipment across the pharmacy labs. You will apply predictive and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, calibrate equipment, and manage documentation for regulatory compliance.

You will lead a group of technicians, ensure safety, coordinate repairs with production, and drive continuous improvements using CMMS data and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years pharma maintenance/engineering
• Ability to troubleshoot machinery without supervision
• Experience leading a team of technicians (1+ year)
• Formal training or certs in electrical/mechanical/plumbing/HVAC/PLC

Responsibilities

• Provide predictive/preventive maintenance on lab equipment (tablet presses, blenders, mills, hoods, coaters, air compressors)
• Document maintenance data and charts in CMMS
• Diagnose and repair equipment including electrical/mechanical components
• Calibrate and test equipment to ensure quality and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate repairs with production to minimize downtime
• Lead cross-functional teams on improvement projects
• Ensure safety and regulatory standards are met
• Maintain equipment logs and validation reports
• Escalate downtime and spare parts issues to management
• Train junior technicians on SOPs and repairs
