Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager, Pharmacy to lead pharmacist and technician workflow across dispense and fulfillment and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on driving daily performance, implementing process improvements, and scaling operations in a 24/7 environment. You will oversee compliance with HIPAA, FDA, and State Board regulations, mentor Area Managers, and collaborate on SOPs with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred and licensed pharmacist required.
• 5–7 years in a pharmacy supervisory role overseeing licensed technicians.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacist and technician workflow within the dispense and fulfillment pharmacy.
• Lead daily huddles to drive performance and communicate improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, including licensing and training.
• Support and develop Area Managers and Leads toward operational excellence.
• Execute company strategies at the fulfillment level aligned with pharmacy goals.
• Analyze performance and safety data to identify trends and reduce errors.
• Coordinate new process rollouts with cross-functional operations leaders.
• Collaborate on SOP development and improvements with the Sr. Ops Manager and Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Uphold HIPAA, FDA, and State Board regulations for patient safety and drug handling.
• Maintain cleanroom and sanitation standards for safe operations.
• Assist with hiring by interviewing candidates for pharmacy roles as needed.
• Perform pharmacist/technician duties (order verification, DURs, dispensing, counseling) as needed.
