Hims & Hers Health, Inc. (better known as Hims & Hers) seeks an IC Operations Manager to safeguard inventory integrity and regulatory compliance within our pharmaceutical fulfillment center.

The role blends pharmacist-level judgment with hands-on inbound receiving, stowing, and quality assurance. You will own end-to-end inventory control, ensure lot traceability, manage SOX counts, and lead a team of managers and hourly staff.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 3 years of related experience.
• Thorough understanding of SOX and ability to oversee counts.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks for pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong analytical, root-cause, and risk management skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee inbound receiving, inspection and stowing for pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and expiration/date controls.
• Lead safety, risk management and SOX-count initiatives in the fulfillment center.
• Drive end-to-end inventory control and KPI monitoring across sites.
• Provide pharmacist oversight of inventory functions and COA sign-off.
• Lead and develop IC team including managers and hourly staff.
