Hims & Hers Health, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager, Pharmacy to lead and support the pharmacy team in a mail-order setting, overseeing hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient patient care in a digital environment.

This role is based in New Albany, Ohio, with options across Gilbert, AZ or Los Alamitos, CA. You will drive performance through daily huddles, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with leadership to scale operations while upholding HIPAA and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred; required.
• 5–7 years in a pharmacy supervisory role with licensed technicians.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and feedback skills.
• Team-oriented and culture-promoting attitude.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
• Mail service/mail order pharmacy experience.
• Active pharmacist license in home state or willingness to obtain; multi-state licensure.
• Ability to work any shift; 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pharmacist and technician workflow in dispense and fulfillment.
• Lead daily huddles to drive performance and communicate improvements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regs and licensing.
• Support Area Managers and Leads in achieving operational excellence.
• Execute company strategies at the fulfillment level.
• Analyze performance and safety data to reduce errors.
• Coordinate new process rollouts with cross-functional leaders.
• Collaborate on SOP development and improvement.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
