Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking an IC Operations Manager to ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within a pharmaceutical fulfillment center.

The role blends pharmacist‑level judgment with hands‑on ownership of inbound receiving, stowing, and fulfillment operations. Responsibilities include leading safety, inventory control, SOX compliance, and cross‑functional process improvements; mentoring a team of managers and hourly staff; and aligning with corporate

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing (RPh or PharmD).
• Strong knowledge of SOX and regulatory requirements for pharma distribution.
• Experience leading a large operations/fulfillment team in a high‑volume environment.
• Understanding of GDP, CGMP, and DEA/board regulations relevant to inventory.
• Analytical, risk management, and root‑cause investigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, risk management, and weekly safety communications with leadership and hourly staff.
• Own end‑to‑end inventory control including inbound receiving, inspection, and stowing.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, lot traceability, and expiration dating across sites.
• Lead SOX counts, reporting, and adherence to corporate counting schedules.
• Provide pharmacist oversight of inventory handling and COA sign‑offs when applicable.
• Direct team development, scheduling, and performance reviews for up to 30 hourly staff.
• Drive process improvements to improve accuracy, throughput, and KPI performance.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure chain‑of‑custody, data integrity, and standard item naming.
