Amazon Inc. is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee all budgetary, people development, and operations objectives at the Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Operations and Area Managers, coach staff, and build leadership bench strength to meet performance goals.

This role focuses on safety, quality, customer experience, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources and drive improvements across the network.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with staffing lifecycle: hiring, performance management and promotions.
• Experience with performance metrics and Lean techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Drives quality and Lean initiatives to meet business plan.
• Oversee safety, quality and performance and customer experience.
• Set and clarify requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance.
• Leverage managers to create improvement plans and share best practices.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and IT to secure resources.
