• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.
• Full staffing lifecycle including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.

Responsibilities

• Leads quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
• Oversees overall safety, quality and performance for Inbound or Outbound operations and customer experience.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
