Qualifications

• 7+ years direct management experience in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques
• Flexibility to work overnight, weekends and holidays as business demands

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality initiatives and Lean projects to improve efficiency
• Oversees safety, quality and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations
• Sets expectations for Operations and Area Managers and measures performance
• Leverages Managers to generate improvement plans and share best practices across teams
• Works with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for initiatives
• Drives continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to meet/exceed business plan
