Responsibilities

• Drives quality initiatives, process change initiatives and Lean initiatives to meet the business plan.
• Oversees safety, quality and performance and customer experience across inbound/outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Leverages staff by sourcing ideas and creating improvement plans for the area.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts and network.
