Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle: interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drives creation of quality initiatives, process changes and Lean initiatives to improve the function and FC performance.
• Oversees safety, quality, performance and customer experience for Inbound or Outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Leverages people and ideas to build improvement plans and share best practices across departments and shifts.
