Qualifications

• 7+ years of direct management experience in manufacturing, production, or distribution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, and Lean techniques.
• Ability to manage a salaried workforce and lead multiple FCs across the nation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of quality improvement and Lean initiatives to boost efficiency.
• Oversee overall performance of Inbound or Outbound operations, including safety, quality, and customer experience.
• Set clear expectations for Operations and Area Managers; measure performance and accountability.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers to secure resources for projects.
• Share best practices across departments, shifts, and the network.
• Drive Lean initiatives to meet and exceed the business plan.
