Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and implementation of quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Responsible for overall performance of Inbound or Outbound operation, including safety, quality and customer experience.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and provides feedback.
• Leverages staff by sourcing ideas and creating improvement plans for the area.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts and the network.
• Works with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and others to secure resources for projects.
