Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7+ years direct management experience in manufacturing, production or distribution.
• Experience with Lean techniques and performance metrics.
• Full staffing lifecycle experience including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination.

Responsibilities

• Drives quality initiatives, process changes and Lean initiatives to meet business plans.
• Oversees safety, quality and customer experience in inbound or outbound operations.
• Sets and clarifies requirements for Operations and Area Managers; measures performance and accountability.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT and other Sr. Operations Managers for resources and support.
• Leads and mentors teams, sharing best practices across departments and shifts.
