• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of IT or operations project/program leadership experience, with multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing government contracts or large enterprise programs, including budgets and forecasts.
• Proven track record with subcontractors, vendor relationships, and compliance.
• Active security clearance is required (US).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day DDLC delivery across multiple workstreams and locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to meet SLAs, scope, cost, and quality goals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and performance baselines; provide variance analysis.
