Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager – DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams and locations, ensuring on-time, within-budget services aligned with contract objectives.

You will plan and coordinate activities, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks, and collaborate with IT, logistics, security, and facilities to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of multi-site IT/operations project/program management experience.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for Federal contracts or large enterprise programs.
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships with contract oversight.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management; ability to coordinate across IT, logistics, security, and other functions.
• Current secret security clearance and residence in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and performance baselines with budgeting and forecasting.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and support.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope definition, and issue escalation.
• Implement standardized processes aligned with CMMI Level 3 and Agile practices.
• Monitor risks, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain action logs for leadership visibility.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards on SLA attainment and workforce utilization.
