You will recruit, onboard and train leaders, promote equity, and collaborate with teams to implement improvements. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization.
• Proven ability to develop leaders and leadership competences.
• Knowledge of warehousing KPIs.
• Experience managing projects and initiatives within a building.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality and performance while improving efficiency and scale.
• Lead and develop a team of about 7 managers and their teams across shifts and departments.
• Recruit, onboard and train leaders.
• Make decisions with good judgment and own the impact.
• Promote equity across the network and organization.
• Meet warehouse financial standards: budget, expenditures, variances, corrective actions.
• Drive KPI metrics, 4DX and facility performance scorecards.
• Partner with on-site and virtual teams to test and implement solutions.
