Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop others and grow leadership competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of about 20 employees.
• Recruit, select, onboard, and train resources.
• Coach and discipline employees to drive safety, quality, and performance.
• Drive KPI metrics and facility performance scorecards.
• Own process improvement through problem-solving and project management.
